Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you select “Accept analytics” in the consent banner. Consent is the basis for this analytics use, and you can withdraw it at any time. If accepted, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser or device type, and approximate region.

Contact intent events contain only the selected contact channel and page surface—not your name, email, phone number, or message. You can decline analytics without losing any website features.

When you submit a project inquiry, we use the details you provide—your name, contact details, project type, message, and preferred contact method—to respond. We also receive basic technical information such as the referring page and browser type. A copy may be stored in the studio’s private lead tracker to manage the conversation and protect the website from misuse.

Depending on your location, this processing supports steps you request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in managing genuine business inquiries.

The form then opens the contact method you selected—email, WhatsApp, or phone. Those services have their own privacy practices. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Non-client inquiry records are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last conversation. If an inquiry becomes a project, relevant client, transaction, and legal records may be kept for longer where reasonably needed for the work, accounting, tax, disputes, or other legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to some uses. You can always withdraw analytics consent. Some information may still need to be kept where the law requires it.
